Home Bearings Knowledge Non-standard size bearing designation…
The code of non-standard size bearings (referred to as non-standard bearings) consists of the basic code and the front and rear codes. The basic code is composed of two parts: the type code and the size representation that indicates the basic size of the bearing; The front and rear codes are the same as those of commonly used bearings. (1) The type code is the same as that of commonly used bearings, see Table 2-1. (2) Size indication 1) Size series: There are two ways to represent the size series code. (1) The non-standard outer diameter or width (height) size shall be used according to the method of standard size or according to the rules of extension of the external dimensions specified in GB/T273.2 and GB/T273.3, and the nearest diameter series or width (height) degree series shall be taken, and the basic code shall be indicated by adding letters.
Letters | Description |
X1 X2 X3 |
The outer diameter is non-standard Width (height) is non-standard Outer diameter, width( height) non-standard( standard inner diameter) |
(2) When the non-standard inner diameter, outer diameter and width (height) dimensions cannot be compared with the standard size or the extension rules of the external dimensions specified in GB/T 273.2 and GB/T 273.3, they shall be expressed in an indefinite series, as shown in Table 2-20
Type of bearings | Non-standard series | Note
Width (Height) series code number | Diameter series code number
Radial bearings | 0(4) | 6 |
1. The indefinite series of double row angular contact ball bearings is 46 2. The "O" is omitted when the indefinite series 06 is combined with the type code (except for tapered roller bearings and double row deep groove ball bearings) |
thrust bearings |
1 2 |
7 |
One-way thrust bearing, indefinite series 17 Two-way thrust bearing, indefinite series 27 |
2) Inner diameter The inner diameter is notated according to Table 2-21
Inner Diameter | Description |
Standard size | According 2-5 rule |
NON-standard size |
Below 500mm, the integer that can be divisible by 5 is expressed by the quotient divided by 5, and other dimensions are directly expressed by the actual inner diameter in millimeters, but should be separated from the size series code with "/". |
Example: 66/6.4——— deep groove ball bearings, variable series, I.D. 6.4mm; 61700 X1 - a deep groove ball bearing, non-standard outer diameter, close to diameter series 7; 62/14.5———— deep groove ball bearings, size series 02, I.D. 14.5mm; 52706 - Bidirectional Thrust Ball Bearing, Indefinite Series, Inner Diameter 30mm 3) The dimensions of the bearing are expressed as: "/Number of millimeters of the actual size of the outer diameter × outer diameter × width" Example: K/13×17×13—--needle roller and cage assembly, Fw= 13mm, Ew=17mm, Be= 13mm; HK/12×17×15——- Pierced Punched Outer Ring Needle Roller Bearing, Fw=12mm, D=17mm, B=15mm. 4) When the additional serial number indicates that several non-standard bearing codes of the same type of bearing with little difference in the dimensions of the same type are the same, the symbol "-" is added to the sequence number 1, 2, 3 after the basic code,... Make a distinction. Example: 61700X1 - 1 61700X1 -2 52706- 152706-2
